How do I become a member of the DOT Coupon Platform?
You will automatically gain access to the DOT Coupon Platform and become a member when you register as a DOT Agent and purchase the full Reseller Kit.
How do I access the Coupon Platform?
Visit www.dotcoupons.mobi and log in using your mobile number, ID number or email address.
What happens the first time I log in?
The first time you log in, you will be prompted to create a password to secure your account. Thereafter, you will log in using your mobile number, ID number or email address together with your password.
How do the coupons work?
Choose your preferred retailer, browse the available products with coupon offers, request your coupon code(s), and present them to the cashier at checkout.
How do I generate a coupon code?
Select your preferred retailer, choose the available coupon offers you would like to use, and proceed to checkout to generate your coupon code.
Are my coupon codes saved in my profile?
No. Generated coupon codes are not stored in your profile and will disappear once you leave the coupon screen or log out of the platform.
What should I do after generating a coupon code?
We recommend taking a screenshot or sharing the coupon code with yourself via WhatsApp before leaving the screen.
Can I generate a new coupon code if I lose mine?
Yes. If you lose your coupon code, you can generate a new one at any time, provided the offer is still available.
Am I restricted to how many coupon codes I can generate?
No. You can generate unlimited coupon codes and regenerate codes as needed, depending on the available retailer offers.
Can I use multiple coupon codes at once?
Yes. Multiple coupon codes may be generated depending on the available coupon offers.
Which retailers can I use my coupons at?
Coupons are currently available for Checkers, Shoprite, Checkers Hyper, Pick n Pay and Dis-Chem.
Can Dis-Chem coupon codes be used online?
Yes. Dis-Chem coupon codes can also be used for online purchases.
How long are coupon codes valid for?
Coupon validity periods may differ depending on the retailer. Some coupon codes are valid for 24 hours, while others are valid for up to 30 days.
Do coupon codes apply to specific products only?
Yes. Coupon codes can be used on qualifying products displayed in the retailer’s coupon list on the platform.
Are new coupon offers added regularly?
Yes. Products and coupon offers are reviewed and refreshed quarterly.
How do I stay active on the platform?
To continue enjoying your monthly coupon benefits, you need to purchase a minimum of 30 bottles per month.
What happens if I do not meet the monthly minimum requirement to remain a member?
If you do not meet the minimum monthly requirement of a purchase of 30 bottles in a month, your Coupon Platform membership will be deactivated.
Can my membership be reactivated?
Yes. If you meet the qualifying criteria again after being deactivated, your membership access will automatically be reinstated.

You can access the full Terms & Conditions from the menu page on the platform, including all participating retailer Terms & Conditions.
What do I say to the cashier when paying with a coupon code?
Simply let the cashier know that you have a coupon code and present the coupon barcode for them to scan/enter into their POS System. The coupon value will then automatically be deducted from your total amount due.
What happens if my coupon code expires?
If your coupon code expires, you may generate a new coupon code.
